Organized by IFT Student Association (IFTSA) and sponsored by Campden BRI, this competition challenges graduate students to showcase their research in an engaging and creative way. The goal? Your research can be on any topic related to food science or technology, and creativity is highly encouraged! The best part? The winner gets an all-expenses-paid trip to the United Kingdom for an exclusive ten (10) days industry visit to Campden BRI!

- Top Three Finalists: Receive $600 travel grants towards attending IFT FIRST – a premier event for food professionals.
