RA Responsibilities
As a research assistant, you will be actively engaged in both research and teaching, with a primary focus on marketing and innovation research. This RA role provides the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies, with at least one-third of your working hours dedicated to dissertation preparation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting theoretically guided research on consumer, investor, and management behavior.
- Utilizing empirical decision research and innovative research methods such as multivariate statistics, text mining (R/Python), and AI-supported software solutions (LLMs).
- Engaging in teaching (3 LVS) on marketing and innovation topics, with applications in services and tourism.
- Participating in the development and supervision of courses and contributing to curriculum design.
- Collaborating on international projects and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Supporting international cooperation efforts with partners in Europe, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Business Psychology.
- Strong research interests in marketing and innovation.
- Experience in empirical research methodologies.
- Structured, independent working skills with a commitment to high performance.
- Prior research experience (preferable but not mandatory).
- Strong English proficiency for participation in an international team.
- Practical experience in relevant fields (advantageous but not required).
