Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a non-Chinese citizen

Scholarship Categories and Programs
The Jilin University International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 2025 is open to students pursuing different levels of study:
1# Master’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education
- Duration: Two academic years (starting September 2025)
- Eligibility:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Score at least 210 on HSK Level 5
- Score at least 60 on HSKK (Intermediate Level)
- Priority given to applicants with an employment contract or proof of a teaching position post-graduation
2# One-Year Study Program (Starting September 2025)
- International Chinese Language Education: Requires HSK Level 3 score of 270
- Chinese Language and Literature, History, and Philosophy: Requires HSK Level 4 score of 180 and HSKK (Intermediate Level) score of 60
- Chinese Language Study: Requires HSK Level 3 score of 210 (HSKK score is preferred)
3# One-Semester Study Program (Starting September 2025 or March 2026)
- International Chinese Language Education, Chinese Language and Literature, History, and Philosophy: Requires HSK Level 3 score of 180 and an HSKK score
- Traditional Chinese Medicine & Taiji Culture: Requires an HSK score (HSKK preferred)
4# Four-Week Study Program (Starting in July or December 2025)
- Includes Chinese Language Study, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taiji Culture, or a Chinese Language Homestay
- Applicants must provide an HSK score
5# Online Study Programs
- One-Year Online Chinese Language Study Program: Requires HSK Level 3 score of 180 (HSKK preferred)
- One-Semester Online Chinese Language Study Program: Requires an HSK score

Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)
The last date to apply for the Jilin University International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 2025 varies depending on the program commencement date. For programs beginning in July 2025, the deadline is April 15, 2025. Applications for September 2025 entry must be submitted by May 15, 2025. Those wishing to enroll in December 2025 must apply before September 15, 2025, while the final deadline for March 2026 programs is October 31, 2025.
