To be eligible for the RCIP Claresholm 2025 program, applicants must be skilled workers with practical, real-world experience rather than just high Express Entry scores. Candidates must secure a valid job offer from a designated Claresholm employer and demonstrate at least one year (1,560 hours) of relevant work experience within the past three years. Language proficiency is required, with a minimum of CLB 4 for TEER 4 and 5 occupations, and CLB 5–6 or higher for TEER 2 and 3 roles.
Applicants must also hold either a Canadian high school diploma or a foreign equivalent supported by an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
