About the Traineeship
The EU Delegation to Mexico is inviting applications for a five-month traineeship within its Cooperation Section, set to begin in May 2025. This program is exclusively for students required to undertake a compulsory traineeship as part of their university studies. The traineeship aims to provide a structured and enriching learning experience, with a focus on acquiring practical skills aligned with academic fields of study.
Traineeship Responsibilities
During the traineeship, selected students will:
- Collect information and prepare concise reports on priority areas related to the Cooperation Section.
- Assist in the organization and reporting of meetings, missions, and events.
- Support the implementation of the Global Gateway Investment Agenda in Mexico.
- Contribute to projects in security, justice, and violence prevention.
Who Can Apply?
The traineeship is open to students enrolled in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a university degree in relevant fields such as: Economics, Finance, International Relations, Environment, Climate Change, Energy, or other related disciplines.
Eligibility Requirements
- Excellent command of Spanish and English (both oral and written).
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Candidates must already reside and study in Mexico.
