To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old by the start of the program
- Be from an eligible country or territory.
- Apply through their country’s appropriate nominating institution (Embassies of the Czech Republic, government ministries, or partner organizations).

Application and Selection Schedule for SSSS Scholarship
31 March 2025 – Deadline for national institutions to submit nominees to the Czech Ministry
May 2025 – Selected candidates receive final scholarship confirmation
July-August 2025 – Summer Schools take place.
