What will you do?
As a trainee, your role will be diverse and engaging, including:

- Event Management: Assist in organizing public diplomacy events hosted by the EU Delegation.
- Media & Social Media: Create daily news overviews, contribute to the Delegation’s social media platforms, and support press activities.
- Political Analysis: Monitor Qatari and regional politics, track developments in governance, human rights, and foreign policy.
- Reporting: Attend major political meetings, think tank discussions, and academic conferences, preparing detailed reports.
- Research & Drafting: Support policy research and draft background notes on key international issues.
Who Can Apply?
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in International Relations, Political Science, Law, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
- Tech & Writing Skills: Strong analytical, drafting, and IT skills.
- Knowledge of Qatari Politics: Prior understanding of Qatari governance and regional affairs is a plus.
