For Africa Region Applicants:

- Must have a paper accepted at a top-tier computer science conference.
- Must be the sole or joint first author of the accepted paper.
- Google employees and applicants from embargoed countries are not eligible.
How to Apply?
Interested students must complete the Google Conference Scholarship Application for their respective region at least one month before the conference date. Google encourages students from historically marginalized groups to apply, ensuring inclusivity and equal access to opportunities.
Claim Process
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year.
- Students will be notified of their scholarship status before the conference.
- Approved funds will be transferred directly to the applicant’s university, and students can claim expenses through university reimbursement procedures.
