Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2025 DOE-EM Graduate Fellowship, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be accepted into the DOE-EM Graduate Fellowship Program.
  • Be pursuing a graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or closely related fields.
  • Have the ability to pass a background check.
  • Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S..
  • Submit a current Resume or CV.
  • Provide unofficial transcripts covering all current and completed degree programs.
