Ahead of the meeting, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told reporters that Iran reserves the right to self-defense against Israeli aggression. He stated, “Israel attacked Iran just two days before the scheduled negotiations on June 15. This proves that Israel is opposed to diplomacy.”
The OIC meeting comes at a crucial time when Middle East tensions are escalating, and member states seek a unified response to regional crises.
