Pakistan Oxygen Limited has appointed Mr. Zubair Siddiqui as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1, 2026, replacing Mr. Shaikh Farried Aman, who was serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
The company disclosed the appointment in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.
Siddiqui will assume the top executive position following Aman’s tenure as interim CEO.

“We have to inform you that Mr. Zubair Siddiqui has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from September 01, 2026, in place of Mr. Shaikh Farried Aman (Interim Chief Executive Officer),” read the company notice.
Pakistan Oxygen Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company in 1949 under the repealed Companies Act, 1913, now replaced by the Companies Act, 2017, and was converted into a public limited company in 1958.
The company is principally engaged in the manufacture of industrial and medical gases and welding electrodes, as well as the marketing of medical equipment.
