Project Overview: “Roads4All”
The Roads4All project aims to revolutionize road safety culture across Europe by co-creating solutions through empirical research and participatory intervention. The project targets high-risk groups—particularly young road users—to promote long-term behavioral change in traffic systems.
As a research associate, you’ll:

- Design and conduct literature reviews, VR experiments, observations, and surveys
- Analyze data using quantitative methods
- Collaborate with European partners
- Publish your results in scientific journals
- Possibly travel to other European cities for sub-studies.
